Ronko
Ronko is a musician with a crazy style who loves weird fashion. He has been active as a musician his whole life. As a young boy he starting to play the piano at the age of eight and play the guitar at age 11, and still playing till’ this day. While he was getting a bachelor and master degree in music, Ronko started releasing his first music track on labels like: Sneakerz Music, Flamingo, Cr2 Records, Revealed Recordings, Toolroom Records, Sony. Gaining support by dj’s like Hardwell, Tiesto, David Guetta, Steve Aoki. In 2010 Ronko started being a teacher at the Hermand Brood Academy in the Netherlands. Teaching students like Martin Garrix, Julian Jordan, CMC$, Mesto, Trobi. Martin Garrix asked Ronko to do a Remix of his monster hit ‘Animals’ which came out early 2014 on Spinning Records. Since gaining attention from label boss Tiësto, Ronko delivered his debut single ‘Four To The Floor’ as part of Musical Freedom's various artists' compilation. Proving his potential, he returns with the Ronin EP a four track master piece that falls into the slightly darker corners of the dance realms. In 2018 Ronko also started directing and producing his own music videos in his own production company “Takagi Bros.”, creating videos for ‘Four To The Floor’ and ‘Bun It Up.” Shortening his name from ‘Jay Ronko’ to ‘Ronko’ he is back for some more damage on the dance floor with some big and fresh tunes and his energetic performance.
