Like another great band from Sweden before them, Roxette has been a victim of American Ethnocentrism which prevents bands that don't come from Britain or the U.S. from having their music taken seriously which is unfortunate really as this is one great band. Not only were they great performers (I remember seeing them live in Singapore years back and they were excellent!)but they were also great songwriters. They wrote great fast, rock numbers ("The Look", "Dressed For Success", "Dangerous") as well as great ballads ("Listen To Your Heart", "It Must Have Been Love") which is the hallmark of great bands. This best of compilation is very well done as the sound quality is very good and so are the selections which are arranged more or less chronologically and so clearly illustrating the growth of the band.
