韩版命中注定我爱你，是一部由曾经执导过《神之晚餐》、《女王的教室》等剧的李东尹导演与《灵魂伴侣》等剧的赵振国编剧携手打造，由张赫、张娜拉共同主演，于2014年7月2日播出的MBC水木剧，改编自2008年的台湾电视剧《命中注定我爱你》。

该剧讲述了小心翼翼而又善良的女孩与高富帅因一次偶然的失误被迫结婚，在相处的过程中逐渐发现真爱的故事。

剧情 简介

《命运一样爱着你》根据台湾电视剧《命中注定我爱你》改编，讲述了善良平凡的“便利贴女孩”金美英（张娜拉饰）和因无子嗣深陷不能继承家族事业危机的完美男李健（张赫饰）在一次豪华旅行中共度一夜，因不小心怀孕不得不结婚，并在相处的过程中找到真爱的故事。

一对迥异的男女相遇，经历迂回曲折后产生了爱情，最后步入婚姻殿堂，这是爱情剧的固定套路。但《命中注定我爱你》却是以结婚开始，在混乱与纠葛中间慢慢互相理解、相爱，这是男女主角共同成长的故事。
