All that Jazz, Vol. 98: John Coltrane and Friends on Tour in Benelux

In the years 1959 and 1960 many great jazz musicians from America conquered "the old world" with the new Cool Jazz Style. They toured all over Europe where they were received with frenetic applause by the audience. A lot of recordings were made during these tours many of them never published until now. The recordings on this album survived in the collection of the late Jazz Expert Dietrich Schulz-Köhn, also called "Dr. Jazz" who received them from the hands of Stan Getz as a souvenir. Getz and the Coltrane Quintett - almost one hour of pure jazz feeling as it was once brought to Europe by some of the fineste musician ever. Enjoy!
