Distant Relatives

Mixing hip hop and reggae, Nas and Marley began recording in 2008; recording sessions took place in Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida. Marley and his brother, Stephen, produced a majority of the album. Nas plans to work with several producers on the project, including Large Professor, 9th Wonder, The Alchemist, J. R. Rotem and DJ Khalil. He also plans to feature guests Stephen Marley, Stevie Wonder, Joss Stone, Young Jeezy, Snoop Dogg and K'naan. The first single, "As We Enter", will be released on iTunes on February 23, 2010.
