Wayward is a alternative rock band, consisting of Mark Smith, who writes, produces, and performs all his songs. Mark is Spanish/Australian. Influences include The Pixies, Gram Parsons,MGMT,Smashing Pumpkins. Wayward currently is located in Valencia Spain but plan on moving to a major city soon. The band currently has 4 music videos on youtube, all directed and by Mark Smith with hundreds of plays. Mark has written and recorded several e.p’s with an overall of 80 songs written and recorded. Wayward’s myspace page currently holds over 3000 friends and over 25,000 plays. Wayward have a very involved and dedicated online community via myspace, youtube and facebook, with thousands of fans spanning from all over the world but mainly from the U.K, U.S.A, Canada, Australia, and France.
