This is the first full length album from Inochi following on from the Life Energy EP released in 2012. The album was created in Bristol, UK and was written and performed by Simon Strange. The tracks are ambient in nature but with hooks, beats and electronic elements that make them commercial but with an original edge. I would say that the closest influences would include artists such as Nils Frahm, Ludovico Einaudi, Floating Points, Tangerine Dream, Boards of Canada and Thievery Corporation. The main sonic palette consists of analogue synths, strings, trombone and electronic beats. The aim is to create music that mixes the organic with the electronic and takes the listener on a journey.
